Busy
These three days off the road have gone so quickly. Off to Stamford tommorow to continue the FFA tour. I`m looking forward to that as i love being on the road, but cant help but glance a reluctant eye over my diary for the next six months. Its going to very busy and it looks like i`m going to be away in Canada and America for two months this summer. Before that i have the trip to Brazil, a week in Scotland filming for Songs Of Praise ( they have promised to make me look like a rock God!!) and a gig, two shows in London,a week in Portugal, a week in West Wales ( granted its a holiday) and i have to write and record a new album ready for touring at the end of the year. Combine that with the second volume of live stuff i`m currently working on, the PQ freebie CD and various other projects on the boiler with other artists and its all rather daunting. I`m not complaining, but cherish the days with the family, hence my comment about the last three days. I`m reading a great book at the moment. Its called `The Wind Up Bird Chronicles` and is written by Haruki Murakami. It normaly takes me a long time to read a book but i`m rushing through this, its very different and absorbing stuff. I cant begin to explain it but would highly reccomend it if you are looking for something a little different. OK, lets see if i can mix another track before dinner.. M
