Ouch!

Dont know exactly how, but i managed to badly sprain my foot in the early hours of Saturday morning, whist using my head against the bathroom wall to shield my fall! Nice bruise in the morning, but could move everything so figured all was ok.Still hurting as of today though hence my presence at the A&E in Haverfordwest (we are taking a break in the area) this morning. I was very impressed with the National Health Service who Xray`d and confirmed that there was no breakage, all within an hour and twnty minutes. They sent me on my way strapped up and with orders to rest the limb in question. My kids are calling me hopalong!
