Albert’s Place available NOW!

I’m thrilled to tell you that 'Albert's Place' is released TODAY (10th February) and can be downloaded on all platforms https://martynjoseph.ffm.to/albertsplace . Commissioned as part of BBC’s “21st Century Folk” and featured on BBC National Television and BBC Radio's 2 and 4, I was asked to write a song about the amazing work of Andrea Bell, who, with her fellow volunteers, runs a soup kitchen and food bank called Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen . Andrea and her team serve around 100 people in great need every day with good food, clothes and shelter.

The resulting song has had quite an impact these past few weeks and I’ve been very humbled by the reaction it’s had. I’m so pleased that it can now be made available to purchase and download. A portion of the royalties from the track will go to support and raise awareness of the great work done at ‘Alberts Place’, so if you can please download the track and help spread the word so we can make the biggest impact possible.

Thank you everyone for your continued support,

Martyn xo
