Canmore and the Bloom Bros

Finnished my stint in Alberta with two good shows in Bragg Creek and Canmore. Went hikeing up a mountain to Grassy lake with Giovanna, who embarassed the hell out of me by telling three brothers out for a hike that they should come to my show that night.They asked what the music was about and i mentioned in passing `Springsteen` and that was it..they were coming. I wasnt convinced, but sure enough in they come, i sing them Thunder Rd, they buy a pile of CD`s and have a good night. I`m not sure about the aggressive Italian publicists methods of drawning them into the gig, but cant knock the results! Quite a weather change today as i flew into Victoria on Vancouver island. Canmore was cold and damp though still beautiful, today its back to shorts and T shirt. Just a few days to go now and then the big bird can fly me home. Its been another wonderful tour out here though.
